The great Argentine / 1989
The representation of the tango "Silbando" by Cátulo Castillo and Sebastián Piana, observed from different viewpoints. Putting together the 'national being' as a sort of Frankenstein from the Río de la Plata area. The series includes a performance with puzzles and informative teaching charts carried out by Mimi Harvey. This is a work in the tone of a parody, construction of a sort of national archetype in the moment that it develops.

Scarecrows / 1986
Work based on the book "Espantapájaros (al alcance de todos)" by Oliverio Girondo, 1932.
An eternal dichotomy from the 1930's in Buenos Aires were two artistic ideas named after streets: Boedo y Florida. These two movements were the foundation rock of a Byzantine discussion: The understanding of this confrontation as a sort of yin and yang. The relation between ones national culture or openness towards others, has been a theme of constant discussion. The series includes three books produced in wood with fragments from the text of Girondo.
